BIKE TOUR SPONSORSHIP FORM
Each day of the tour, the team riders will ride in honor of a local Texan who has been a donor or recipient of blood, marrow/stem cell or organ/tissue or to honor a person or group who has made an outstanding contribution to one of the donation fields.
The honoree’s story will be shared on the tour website, social media and at the event to encourage others to consider being a donor.
Information about the honorees will be posted as it becomes available. Please check back often to read their wonderful stories of shared life.
To submit a name of an individual or group as an honoree, please complete the Honoree Form.
This form is to apply for the cycling team or as a day rider. All cycling team members must be able to meet the cycling criteria of maintaining a 15 mph pace and be able to be on the entire tour. The deadline for the cycling team is January 15th.
A day rider is a cyclist who wishes to join the team for only one day on the tour. Day riders must be able to meet the cycling criteria of maintaining a 15 mph pace and are responsible to meet the team at the agreed location. The deadline to apply as a day rider is April 15th.

Contributions to the tour may be monetary or in-kind for items needed during the tour, such as food of hotel rooms.
